Welcome to Market Street Loft C, a delightful vintage gem with lofted ceilings, loads of natural light, and a beautifully renovated kitchen. The bedroom features a king size bed and twin/twin bunk bed. A second twin/twin bunk bed is nestled off the main living space. Enjoy al fresco dining on the large balcony overlooking downtown. Whether you’re looking to spend time on The Strand, the beach, or a quick overnight before a cruise departure, this loft is the perfect home base for your trip.
Location: Historic Downtown area of Galveston, Texas, half mile from cruise ship terminal.
Beach access: Less than a 5 minute drive to the beaches at the Seawall.
Rent BeachBox: Looking for beach gear for your Galveston getaway? We have you covered! Beach chairs and tents can be ready at the loft upon your arrival. Message us for details and rates.
WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.
Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.
Pet policy: One pet is welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend!
Parking: Free and paid street parking options on the streets surrounding the building.
Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

Great area!
The place was clean, kitchen is stocked with all the essentials needed to cook in and most importantly, the bed is comfortable. I think this would be a great place for a young group of friends to hang out at.
The downfalls: Parking is confusing. 2 hour limit between 9-6. (No paid parking) We had to set our alarm to move the car and/or leave between those parking times.
And... those stairs to the apartment is not fun for older people, more so carrying luggage and coolers.
All in all, we would rent here again if the price is worth the parking hassles.

Just needed a place to chill and relax after a 3 day family gathering for a wedding. It was perfect had Sharkey's Tavern Pizza ... And Hearsay restaurant was close on the Strand. Nice loft. Will book again

Great spot to crash prior to a cruise
This location was easy to get to and was the perfect accommodation for myself and 5 other friends.
I have to give the listing 4/5 stars though, because upon check-in, we found the place had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. Bed sheets were amess, and the floor bathroom was covered in towels. I brought this issue to the host and the host had cleaners sent within 20 minutes. The cleaners were quick and efficient - we just hung out on the balcony while they did their work.
Many thanks to the host for the quick resolution on the issue.

We really enjoyed being downtown within walking distance of restaurants. The loft itself is decorated well, and was comfortable. We loved the balcony with lights at night, and had our morning coffee out there as well with a fun view of dowtown and some cruise ships at port.

Wonderful long weekend
We love Galveston but have never stayed on The Strand. We decided to book this place based on location, pictures and the great reviews. This loft is wonderful, just as pictured. Sleeps 6 comfortably. High ceilings and updated appliances and deco just make it a charming, quaint place. We lucked out with parking right out front too. Really enjoyed being away from the tourist craziness on the seawall. Quick access to everything including the beach. We will be back!

Great Place!!!
Walking distance to all the popular nightlife/restaurants in Galveston. The rental was trendy, updated and in the words of my wife “super cute!” Great for families with a few little ones. Host was extremely responsive and the overall stay was the most organized out of all previous rentals we have used. Best value for dollar as well. Will def recommend and keep in my favorites!!!
