● Location: Historic Downtown area of Galveston, Texas, 2 blocks from the cruise ship terminal.

This is a historic building with early 20th century building materials and single-pane windows. Noise may be present

● Beach Access: Less than a 5 minute drive to the beaches at the Seawall.

● Rent Beach Box: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: There are free and paid street parking options on the streets surrounding the building. the street directly in front of the condo is 2 hour free parking but not suitable for overnight. However there is a free street around the corner.

Located in the heart of Galveston’s Strand District, Cruzin Galveston is a spacious loft-style retreat designed for groups and families. As you enter you are greeted by a private entryway and hallway featuring arcade games and comfy seating. The hallway leads you into the heart of the loft, where a light-filled living area with a flat screen TV provides a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploration. The adjoining galley kitchen is well-equipped for whipping up meals.

Three comfortable bedrooms offer restful nights for your group. All three bedrooms feature a king-sized bed, ideal for couples, while the upstairs loft (4th bedrooms) boasts two twin beds, making this the perfect location for families or friends traveling together. A full bathroom completes the convenient layout. To top it all off, a back patio for cozy evenings under the stars.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 5 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
