NEW Heated Pool & Hot Tub! Updated Condo w W/D

Enjoy our new heated pool & large bubbly hot tub plus splash pad! Tequila Sunrise Condo is your special beach breakaway place! This condo is across the street from the beach and just 5 minutes to Moody Gardens & Schlitterbahn Water Park. Pleasure Pier Cruise terminals and all other Galveston attractions about 10 minutes drive. As you enter the complex, you might notice renovations happening at the very front. This is not near this condo. Pools are OPEN year round!

Tequila Sunrise is nicely updated, King Bed, Gorgeous ocean and lake views will whisk away your stress as you enjoy the view from your den or furnished and fully accessible balcony. The den features a lovely sleeper sofa, flat TV and 2 chairs. Washer & dryer provided in condo. Stainless full size appliances and all cooking supplies are provided. The bathroom features an over-sized shower, granite counter top. Ample towels and sheets are provided plus BEACH GEAR:
2 beach towels, 2 chairs, wheely cart, umbrella, ice chest!!

BRINGING YOUR DOG: We welcome dogs so if you would like to bring your pet with you, please send a request with the type and weight and we will send you the approval. Please add PET to your reservation. Our non-refundable pet fee is $150 plus tax for two dogs up to 50 pounds each. NOTE: If you bring a pet that you have NOT paid for, this is in violation of our House Rules and you could be asked to leave with no refund.

This condo offers beautiful views, newly remodeled with updated features, sleeps 6 and has a king bed in the master and washer and dryer. The bathroom offers a large shower and soft towels and linens are provided.

This entire condo and private bath is accessible to the guest. Upon booking you will get a confirmation letter with many details and then 2 days before your stay, a code for the front door is provided so a key is not needed.

We want your experience to be fantastic! We are available by text or phone for anything you need but will not be contacting you during your stay unless needed.

There is a lot to do within walking distance. Beaches are all around. Jimmy's on the Pier is a lovely restaurant and popular fishing pier about a block down. There is a go-cart track behind the complex(no noise can be heard from the condo). The movie theater is nearby. All the popular Galveston attractions are 5 to 10 minutes away. Cruise ship terminals are about a 15 minute drive.

At the complex, there is ample non-reserved covered and uncovered parking. You can pay the front office upon arrival or the next morning if arriving after hours. A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices beginning June 1, 2021 are as follows:
1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.

Nice weekend getaway

Daughter had prom this weekend. Decided to make it an early Mother's Day gift for myself. Enjoyed some local eateries and relaxed on the balcony. Took advantage of the pool before we headed home today.

Lovely condo on the seawall

The condo was clean, well decorated, and had everything you need to enjoy your time there including games, kitchen essentials, and plenty of towels, blankets, etc. The pools, hot tub, and property were lovely also.

Galveston Fishing trip

Great location and a very nice place to lodge after a good day of pier fishing. Nice amenities, great shower and parking adjacent to the unit. Would highly recommend.

It is a BEAUTIFUL property, beyond clean, super comfortable, no insects at ALL..(because we have seen reviews on places around) we love it and we will be back! The owner is a sweetheart and super easy to work with her.. we had the relaxing time we desperately needed... perfect for couples or small families..

The condo was very clean, and had everything we needed for our family. The pools were very nice and not overcrowded, which is always nice. And the central location of the condo made it very convenient to get to any of the restaurants or activities that we wanted to do.

Spring Break Get-a-way

Condo was adorable and was exactly what I expected. Weather wasn't your typical Spring Break weather but the pool was really heated and hot tub was great. Condo was clean and perfectly stocked. Would love to rent this condo again.

Delightful condo

This particular condo was delightful. The pictures don’t do it justice. This condo was likely the nicest we have stayed in Galveston. Decorated wonderfully and plenty of supplies. If you’re going to stay on the Seawall, I would highly recommend this condo. Looking forward to staying again!

Incredibly accommodating!

This stay has definitely influenced me and my family to never stay at a hotel again! It smelled amazing the entire stay, it was a perfect homey feel and beautiful area. Spring Break getaway

This condo worked great for my husband and 2 grandchildren. With the pools and the miniature golf within walking distance, we had activities to keep everyone busy. The beach is across the street. And the balcony provided a great ocean view. The information provided on the property was accurate. I hope to visit again.

Family Vacation

The unit was just the right size for a getaway. We spent most of our time at the beach, pool or exploring. Slept 5 of us comfortably. The condo facility is pretty run down and the gym was closed but the pools and unit were in great condition. I highly recommend this for a cost effective beach vacation.

Wonderful host, Donna was great and everything was just perfect! Super cute apartment, nicely decorated with everything you need to enjoy your stay, from special details like two coffee makers, pots, pans and gadgets to cook your meals, toiletries, beach umbrella, chairs, etc.,nice view to the Lagoon and ocean, great location, nice restaurants and entertainment few minutes away. It was very relaxing swimming in the big pool after a sunny day on the beach. I’ll definitely be back!

It was perfect!

Even better than the photos! Trip was for sister and nephew get away/beach time. Sleeping options all were comfy. We enjoyed condo so much. Kept discovering lots of small luxuries. Building older-being remodeled- but this unit totally finished. The beach across street was wonderful and the condo pools were all sparkling clean. I’m picky with cleanliness and was a little worried since lately even nicer hotels seem to be a lower level of clean. But I can say this unit was extremely clean. Owner was super friendly and provided helpful info and quick response with any questions. This was my first VRBO-I’ll never do a hotel again. I’d return to this condo too!
