Experience the charm of Downtown Galveston in this stunning historic loft, just steps away from all of the best restaurants, coffee shops, and entertainment that the city has to offer! Two large bedrooms, abundant closet space, and two bathrooms make this perfect for a family vacation, a romantic getaway, or a trip with friends. With its prime location, modern amenities, and stylish decor, you`re sure to have an unforgettable stay. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR IN THIS BUILDING, ONLY STAIRS!

● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1.

● Location: Historic Downtown area of Galveston, Texas, half mile from cruise ship terminal. This is a historic building with early 20th century building materials and single-pane windows. Noise may be present.

● Beach Access: Less than a 4-minute drive from the beaches at the Seawall.

● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 1 pet is allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: Paid street parking options on the streets surrounding the building.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Parties and events are prohibited.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.

This unit was so nice. It was VERY clean and has everything you could need. It’s also only a 5 minute drive from the beach (Galveston Seawall) and so close to many restaurants. I would definitely stay here again

Wonderful location

The stay was wonderful but the washer and dryer was broken and it’s a single unit so we had to air dry clothes bc no one told us it was broken. But I would definitely be staying here again in the future.

Great Place Near the Strand

Love the place and how it’s in the middle of everything from the Strand to the Pier. Only complaint was how noisy the street was outside the windows but that’s expected when staying anywhere downtown. Overall really great place and would stay again!

It is a lovely, well appointed, nicely updated apartment with historic charm in a great location with many restaurants within walking distance. We were only there one night before getting on a cruise - also within close proximity - but wish it could've been longer. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The value and charm at this rental was wonderful. It was street light bright at night but just put towel over uncovered window in master and there were zero issues sleeping. Will definitely remember this location.

Cons - very old apartment so noisy wooden flooring.Parking is a pain - only street parking or paid parking in a nearby parking lot. All the beds make squeaky sound every time you move Loud card during the night.No dumpsters to dump trash which could be a pain if you plan to stay longer.Pros - location - very close to beaches and restaurants.Safe to some extent as doors have an entry code. Neat and cleanSpacious Kitchen and utensils are good.

Galveston stopover

This is a beautiful building that was perfect for our short stay! The loft was clean and very quaint! Plenty of room for our guests with comfortable bedding! We will definitely be booking again the next time we are in Galveston!

Fantastic location

Great loft close to The Strand. Easy walking distance to everything. Bedrooms are private being on opposite ends of the space and very spacious. We really enjoyed our stay!
