The double queen bedroom on the main level has a shared, en suite full bathroom. Down the hall is the bunk room, perfect for kids and teens. The primary king suite is tucked away on the upper level, complete with private deck access to Gulf views and an en suite bathroom with double vanity.

Take a short walk past 2 neighbors to reach the beach, or enjoy the panoramic Gulf views from inside or outside. The spacious main-level deck has an outdoor table perfect for al fresco dining. PET POLICY
This house is pet friendly and accepts 2 small dogs (each <20 lbs) OR 1 medium dog (40 – 60 lbs) with a non-refundable pet fee of $125+ tax. You must indicate you are “traveling with pets” prior to booking.

PARKING
Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.

LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer holidays, please plan to bring your favourite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

At the broker's discretion, a refundable security deposit may be required before finalising any reservation.
