Highly Recommend!
This house is extremally cozy. We had everything that you could need in order to accommodate a small family or group. My wife and I absolutely loved this place it was perfect for a beach vacation / get away. The property manager is very on top of communication and helpful. We would defiantly return.

Nice Experience
It good that it’s close to the beach, we can just walk. The surrounding street and location is very calm and good. It’s good for a family stay. No mat on the bathrooms, towels are old, kitchen appliances are old, master bath doors are not impressive. We other than that overall it is okay to stay.

Positives: It was about 2 blocks from the beach so and easy walk and MUCH quieter than the last place we rented on the Seawall Blvd. Close to Kroger grocery store and other shopping. Beds were comfortable and just overall a nice place to stay. Negatives: The A/C in the master bedroom was not great. I read the reviews about the A/C so I brought 2 pedestal with me and that helped. That being said even with an outside temp of about 100 it was comfortable enough. It was fairly clean although the outside could have used a cleaning (leaf blower on the front & back porches). There was hairs in the master bathroom sink, the shower glass doors probably should have been cleaned off better and the sponge in the kitchen should just be replaced in between bookings. I sat on the back patio a lot and at night you cannot turn off one of the lights (at least that I found) and that was a little annoying. Overall very few complaints. As the title says we would definitely stay here again.

Entry Not Accessible & Needed Cleaning
Yard was not mowed with stickers around entry. Back yard needed attention (leaves from the fall were still accumulated around exterior of house and yard). Kitchen drawers had food spills on inside lips, drip tray on refrigerator was filthy, carpets had not been completely vacuumed, and stains were dispersed throughout the house. There was baseboard and door trim rot was in most of the rooms. Behind the toilets in the bathrooms were not cleaned. If I was the owner, and had not been made aware of these issues, I would be very upset. If the owner has been notified of these issues, they should see that at least the cleaning aspects are addressed. The repairs should be looked into as soon as financially possible. With the number of TV’s in the house, it would have been nice to have remotes for each. On a positive note, the beds were very comfortable and the supply of linens was adequate.

Great Location on the Island
We were visiting Galveston for a competition at the Convention Center. The location could NOT have been more convenient. The house is spacious and was very clean. The beds were all comfortable and plenty of room for extra sleeping on two couches. We would definately stay there again.

Great location!
This small property had a great location close to the beach and the grocery store. My teen did not like the sofa bed and wound up sleeping in the living room, which was not optimal as the rest of us wanted to use the room when she wanted to sleep in. There were no tissues or steak knives, would recommend the property owners provide those. Otherwise the house was well stocked. We had to move a chair from the sofa bed room to the living room to have enough for all four of us to sit. We would consider staying there again.

Hassle-free!
The best part was that the instructions for check-in were nice and clear, the key was right where it was supposed to be, and there was a number I could text if I had any issues or questions. There was a very clear list of what to do for check-out, and it wasn’t anything long or too much, etc. We’ve used this house twice this summer and had a great stay both times

Very nice house
This is a very nice house - it is spacious -plenty of room to stretch out, the kitchen has ample room to function, backyard is relaxing, very comfortable beds, everything you need. This house is so close to Kroger, the beach, it is in a great location. I will stay at this house again when needed.

Staying in this home took a big stress off of our travels. It was clean, spacious, and had everything needed. The backyard is it's own little oasis. We always felt safe and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Very Pleased!
This was a great place to stay. The home has a very nice layout and plenty of room. I was very comfortable in the neighborhood and loved the location. My only concern was the off-white carpet with kids of all ages. It ended up not bad at all, shoes off and there were no issues! Richard was quick to respond with any concerns, and I will definitely stay again!

N. No Galveston House
This is a nice house in a nice neighborhood with access to shopping and access to the beach. The house wasn’t cleaned well and the vacuum was full so we had to clean it out before we used it. Had a problem with the newest tv staying connected to programming. Kitchen is dated but all appliances work without issues.

GREAT LOCATION, ALL ONE LEVEL
We really enjoyed our stay at this rental. It was especially nice for our 4 year old granddaughter and our 2 year old grandson. There was plenty of hall space for crawling and walking around. We also liked having plenty of room for parking our cars by the garage and the circular drive in front of the house (which was especially nice when it rained). There was plenty of cabinet space throughout the house. The manager responded quickly whenever we had a question. It was conveniently close to the tourist attractions and restaurants.

Nice home, convenient location
We enjoyed the home very much; however, it was not without issues. The hot water heater needed to be turned higher, as the hot water was barely warm. The a c had to be replaced while we were there.

Amazing Property
Loved this property! The house has a very spacious layout, with two living areas, which gave the teenagers their own space. The master bath is huge! Absolutely loved the private backyard. Great location, was within walking distance to the beach and grocery store. The check in process was very simple and they were flexible with the checkout time, which we really appreciated. We will definitely stay here again!
