    - Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
    - No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
    - Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
    - Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
    - Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.

Unit was clean. Main street is busy day and night. AC units work well but not necessarily quite. The unit needs a little bit of TLC (front door locking system needs updating, wallpaper in master bathroom has peeled off, AC vents need cleaning, lawn needs mowing, dryer vent needs to be part of cleaning crew checklist).Although we didn't experience any issues with the neighborhood, I can't say we felt comfortable with the surroundings so we didn't walk to any near by restaurant or store. The door locking system was tricky to figure out how to lock when in or leaving the unit. (Passcode to lockbox was not shared.) Host company was quick to respond to some questions but not all inquiries sent ( For example: There is a 3-car garage with short driveways and a driveway behind the garages. I asked if we are to park in front or in the back? No response given even though I had received a response minutes before on a different inquiry. )Although there was only one unfavorable review on the unit, more reviews were found on a different platform, so we took a chance. Enjoyed the city and didn't have any serious issues with the unit.

Unfortunately, our experience with this property was not very good. The check-in process itself was frustrating. The key was kept in a guest lockbox, but the lockbox code was not shared with us beforehand. We were only given the door code, so when we arrived, we had to stand outside and call for assistance. It took around 20 minutes to get the lockbox code and finally access the property.Another major disappointment was that the home did not have a dishwasher. For a vacation rental, especially when staying with family and cooking meals, this was very inconvenient. We ended up spending part of our vacation washing all the dishes by hand, which was definitely not something we expected to deal with during our stay.Overall, between the difficult check-in process and the lack of basic conveniences like a dishwasher, the stay did not meet our expectations.
