we love galveston and specifically point west. The location of this unit was gorgeous. Well equipped, top floor, largest of the layouts available at point west, comfortable and great coummunication with owners

Great location and clean condo

The condo was clean and well stocked. Our family of 5 fit perfectly and everyone enjoyed their time. I would stay in this unit again. We did have a couple of issues, but nothing serious. Communication was just ok. Right after booking I received an email confirming our stay. Unfortunately, he had the wrong condo. I happened to catch it and he corrected the error. Upon arrival, the door code did not work. It took a couple of phone calls to get access. Once in, everything went well. One bathroom did not have hot water, but our son was able to use the spare bath, so no harm done. Finally, one of the smoke detectors started beeping at 10PM. I unhooked it and solved that little issue. None of these things would prevent me from returning since the location and overall condition were great.
