We have stayed at a few different properties in Beachside Village, so we love the neighborhood first off. It's quiet, the beach is easily accessible from wherever you are and it's just pretty.
I have zero complaints about this particular house. They literally thought of everything and spared no expense down to the appliances. Typically you go to a beach house and there is something missing. Not here. The kitchen was amazing to cook in. I loved having tables and chairs on both ends if you want to have the kiddos in one area and adults in the other. Having two dins upstairs and down was also awesome!!
The master bath and bedroom felt luxurious as did the property overall. My one suggestion (not complaint) is that you put blackout curtains on the top level master bedroom. The master bedroom has an amazing, beautiful view with lots of windows but it does get a little warm and bright in the morning.
Downstairs level patio is fenced in, quality charcoal grill, all sorts of outdoor games stocked, lots of sitting options. We had fun playing darts.
The top level den has arcade games and board games for all ages. It includes a fridge, sink, and microwave if you don't feel like going downstairs to the kitchen.
It's incredibly spacious, well organized, beautiful. It is directly across from beach access. We got a golf cart for fun to cruise the neighborhood but it isn't really needed.
I could describe everything but its really all positive. We will be back to this one again.
