Beautiful Beach House, private bch, Modern and Comfortable furnishings

A beautiful, custom beach house built in January 2021 and located in The Pointe West development. Furnished with brand new, top of the line appliances and contemporary furniture. Furnishings, linens and decor are all brand new so there's no need to worry about dirt, grime or germs. The kids have their own GAME ROOM with their own 65” Samsung smart TV so that you and the adults can relax and enjoy the comfortable living room without any distractions.

Our beach house has a spacious, wrap around deck with views of the beach and the bay. The beach at Pointe west is wide and spacious and vehicles are not allowed. It’s also very private and not overly crowded even in the summertime. It's a short 3 min walk to the beach or pack up your gear and go fishing on the bay or at one of the community fishing piers and ponds.

Since the beach is the main attraction, we have provided some beach gear for your convenience - 8 beach towels, 4+ beach chairs, 2+ beach umbrellas, a small cooler and a wagon. There’s also sand toys and floaties for the kids. (All we ask is that you rinse and place the gear back in their spots. We will charge you for any missing or damaged gear - $25 for each towel, $50 each for chairs, umbrellas, cooler and $125 for the wagon.)

The Beach Club offers an infinity pool, hot tub, kids pool, game room, fitness center, pickle ball and basketball courts, gift shop and restaurant (Restaurant and gift shop are closed during winter months.) There’s also a Lazy River Pool (which is heated during cold months) and a hot tub on the Bayside of the property.
There’s a one time fee of $25 per person paid directly to the Beach Club office for access to all these amenities during your entire stay. (4 and under are free.) You can rent a cabana at the Beach Club and also rent bikes to take a ride around the neighborhood.

Rent a golf cart from one of the local companies and take a short ride to the San Luis Pass to fish or enjoy the beach out there. There are endless activities to enjoy on this property.

Our home is set up for family vacations and friendly get-togethers. No large parties, prom, graduations or weddings at this property. Small, house-trained pets are allowed (35 lbs or smaller, 2 max). Please let us know breed and size of pets when you book. We reserve the right to reject your booking based on breed and size of pet.

*There are 3 outdoor cameras installed on the property which are used for security and check-in purposes only. One camera is pointed at the driveway, one camera is pointed at the outdoor, ground-level stair entrance and one camera is pointed at the deck/patio/front entrance.

The house was perfect for multigeneration family reunions. The house was beautiful and well appointed. The house was very close to the beach and a perfect spot for bird watching. We rented a golfcart which made the beach club easily accessible. There are plenty of toys for playing in the sand, you don't need to bring your own. Our four year old grandson had the time of his life!

This is a beautiful home and a great location!

We had a great time at this lovely home. The location is close to a quiet beach. The kitchen has everything you need and more. We cooked in every meal all week and were amazed how the owners thought of everything. My kids (and husband) enjoyed the PAC Man video game in the kids area upstairs. Definitely a place we would enjoy coming back to!

Girls Weekend Get-a-Way!!!

We all just love love loved this property! The location is absolutely amazing… Just a few minutes walk to the beach and in a very nice neighborhood. The house was very clean and is beautifully decorated! We all felt very comfortable and so relaxed throughout our entire stay. Martin was an exceptionally helpful and a gracious host…He made us feel very welcome in his home! And, everything was so easy…from when we first booked with him until the moment we left. We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning!

Great Memories Made

A beautiful beach house and perfect for our stay and for our family,,,, 5 adults, 2 children. The owner was quick to answer any question. The entire process was seamless. I personally recommend renting a golf cart for toting your things to the beach. The beach is just a 3 minute golf cart ride, very helpful to have. The family agreed this was the best beach house we’ve rented in the 25+ years we’ve been going to Galveston.

The house was very nice and very clean. The contact person was very responsive and attentive to any issue (only one that did not impact our stay). On the negative side, the pool was not open and you needed a code to enter the club (this is not good because we paid a lot of money) so you do not get to get all the benefits of the place. The location is very far away from civilization but the house was nice and quiet. We liked it but it could be better for the price. In general, it was a good stay

Lovely beach house with lots of amenities

We reserved this home for our annual beach trip with family. There were 12 of us ranging from age 73 to 5. Everyone had a great time and loved the home. The amenities are a short drive via golf cart or car. You can walk but for the elderly or little kids it’s best to drive down and park. The house itself is one of the best we have reserved in the last 9 years. There was plenty of beds, linens, and beach gear including toys and towels. The pillows, beds and comforters were all good quality, clean and comfortable. The appliances were top of the line and everything worked perfectly. They even had a counter top ice maker and air fryer which is a plus for our family! The owner extended many thoughtful items such as dishwasher pods, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. The misquotes were intense (as they always are) but we stayed in the breeze and lathered down with bug spray. The owner provided an extra bottle of bug spray for anyone who forgets, luckily we had 2 bottles ourselves.

Clean property but listing is misleading

The property was very clean and the owners were responsive. We ran into problems with the air conditioning. The system is set and controlled by the owner and you have to constantly reset it to get it to cool to anything below 73. It was very hot during the day and at night. The listing also states that the Beach Club rents paddle boards, bikes and kayaks. We tried to rent from the Beach Club but we’re referred to off-site companies which then led to us carrying a kayak and paddle board from the house to the beach (not an easy task). This information would have been helpful to have upfront so that we could make arrangements ahead of time.

Equestrian Moms & Daughters Weekend Getaway

We were a group 14. We are a group from Tomball whose daughters ride horses competitively at Kmr Equestrian. This is not my first time staying in the Pointe West subdivision we have been renting in Pointe West for the last eight years. Most of these moms and daughters had never been before. Everyone had a wonderful time. Everything was comfortable beautiful and easy access.. I Can honestly say we have zero complaints. Would love to share some pictures of our amazing day

Weekend Getaway

We had a short weekend getaway right after thanksgiving. The house was nice and clean with more than enough things to do to keeps the kids occupied. The beach is a short walk away and the neighborhood is calm and quiet. Our whole group had a wonderful time. We would definitely come and stay here again.
