Nestled in a secluded multi-acre lot, our delightful 4-bedroom, 3-bath house with a 1bedroom, 1 bathroom detached suite offers the perfect retreat for your coastal escape. The main house offers a private entry to the upstairs and the downstairs from the exterior only. The detached suite offers a private exterior entry and is equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave and a fridge. All 3 parts of this home offer full sized bathrooms. With an open floor plan and a quaint atmosphere, this home is designed to provide you with comfort and relaxation. The main house upstairs offers a spacious kitchen and ample seating in the living room to gather for family cooking and relaxing. Plenty of parking and walking distance from the beach. GVR15009

House Rules
> Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm-9 am
> Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
> This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adults maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
> Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
>Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.

Our homes/units may be rented either together or separately. Because of this, other guests may be staying nearby during your visit. Please be respectful and considerate of others on the property.

Please Note: Upon booking, guests are required to complete a rental agreement, which will be sent via a secure link. Check-in instructions will only be provided after the agreement is completed. Nearby Construction There is ongoing construction taking place near the property during daytime hours. While we do not have control over the schedule or scope of the work, some noise may be heard during your stay—particularly in the mornings. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Please note our policy for items left behind:
We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back.
We'd much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.
