“Baydream Believer” - Waterfront Home in Desirable Sea Isle Community

Must be 25 years old or older to reserve.

This gem is in the heart of the best neighborhood on the West End. This 3-bedroom canal home provides plenty of room for 8 people. The first bedroom (master) has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen and a full size bed. The third bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds. There are 2 full bathrooms with showers. There is also an outside shower downstairs.

This property is very conveniently located within Sea Isle. Guests are a short golf cart ride, walk, or bicycle ride away from the beach and Sea Isle community amenities. These include the bait shop, fishing pier, marina, boat ramp, tennis courts, kids’ playground, and basketball court. Southern Tide Golf Cart Rentals are conveniently located within the community.

There are two restaurant options right there within the subdivision. First is the casual, waterfront atmosphere of the Sandbar Bar and Grill, which often offers live music on the weekends. Those seeking fine dining will be impressed with the West End Restaurant. Cooking for yourself? Pick up some fresh fish at the West End Fish Market, right there in Sea Isle. Need groceries? No need to drive all the way to downtown Galveston, as the Seven Seas Grocery Store is only five miles down the road.

The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, bowls, glasses, and all essential utensils. There is a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Available for use are full-sized washer and dryer.

The Sea Isle swimming pool is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend, and during Spring Break, weather permitting. There is a fee for community pool use. Guests will need to contact Sea Isle Community office directly before their intended stay to pay fee. The office is open Monday-Friday.

Parties and Events: No Prom, receptions, or large parties are allowed.

Cleaning Fee: There is no extra charge for towels and linens. The cleaning fee of $115.00 covers towels and linens.

No Pets: No dogs, cats, or other pets are allowed.

Fantastic few days!

Our family had the most wonderful stay at Jeff and Jessica's. The home was exactly as described, we were extremely comfortable (family of 4). Our son spent countless hours fishing off of their dock and Jeff was beyond helpful in giving him tips on what bait to use, etc etc. The community is a lovely, sleepy little community and you get the sense that everyone knows eachother- not touristy at all. And just what we wanted. We had the best time and will definitely be beack. Thank you Jeff and Jessica for everything!

Amazing time

We had so much fun with our family! The place is super clean and has pretty much everything you need! Very nice! The owners were great at responding to anything we needed. They even let us change our reservation due to one of the family members being sick! I appreciated that so much!! Good times!

Amazing vacation!!!

We had such a fabulous time here! The place was awesome and we loved being right on the canal. Our son fished nonstop! The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to work remotely as needed with the WiFi. Easy access to the beach, watching football on the patio, paddle boarding, Sea Isle amenities—can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful home

We have been to Sea Isle many times and this house on the canal is a perfect representation of the area. The home is clean, well-decorated, and has a very tropical outdoor area. The best thing about this home compared to others is the outdoor area (beautiful plants, a swing, rockers, water feature) and the recreational items the homeowner has for your use. We had access to water floats, paddle boards, fishing poles etc. Such a bonus to not have to pack these items. We will definitely return to this house, the owner was great to communicate with fishing tips etc. Highly recommend staying here!

Great Vacation House!

We so enjoyed staying at this home is Sea Isle. Great location! Love all the outdoor amenities - lots of seating, paddle boards, kayak, water fountain and more! My daughter and I love to cook and this kitchen had it all! We prepared several gourmet meals and had everything we needed. Jamaica Beach was 12 minutes away - where we like to access the beach - with cars and ability to cook on the beach. Thanks for sharing your home! Sharon

Beautiful, clean, comfortable home with well stocked kitchen equipment.

Our boys loved fishing off deck and by canal, day and night with underwater fishing light. Paddle board, kayak, crab cages were enjoyed by all. Being able to tie off our boat and use it daily was what my husband had looked forward to and he loved it! We communicated with the owners several times in advance and were given quick helpful responses every time. It was fantastic!

No problems at all during the stay. Lot sizes were small and that reduced privacy and increased noise from neighbors but was overall manageable.

Annual Girls/Kids Trip!

This property is perfect! I love the neighborhood, the beach was close, the relaxing canal, and outdoor setup is beyond awesome. We had a great time. We normally stay in the busy hustle and bustle of Seawall but this is about 15 mins west of all the busyness. We loved it. Jessica was beyond amazing. One of my friends left her sons night bag and Jessica was so gracious to find the bag the next weekend and ship it all the way to Dallas for us. She didn't have to do that! They are awesome. The house is amazing. The neighborhood is welcoming. We absolutely enjoyed every moment. Thank you guys so much!!!

Favorite family getaway!

My family and I had a wonderful time swimming in the canal, playing games (that we found in the bedroom closet) after dinner, and fishing . The house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked (minus kitchen towels) with appliances, pots, pans, and everything you would need to fix meals. The house also came with access to a stand up paddle board, a kayak, and inflatables which we used everyday. At the end of the trip my kids, including two teenagers, were not ready to leave and that to me speaks volumes.

Relaxing Get-Away

We had a great time at the property. Loved the easy access to the water and all the amenities provided at the house. It was great to have a place to tie up your own boat. The owner, Jeff, provided us with some great fishing tips and locations. Looking forward to coming back to Sea Isle again soon.

Great Staycation

Loved our experience with this VRBO. Kids (6 and 8) wanted to fish all day. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The house has a nice outdoor space to hang out.

Perfect house!

The location of this property was perfect. The house was roomy and LOTS of seating outside! Being on the water, we spent most of our time outside! The house was super clean and we cooked every evening and all the pots and pans we needed were there! We had eight people (4 couples) and there was more than enough room for everyone! The welcome packet that was sent made the check in and check out a breeze! We will book this house again! Thank you so much!

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!

Had an amazing Labor Day Weekend with family! Would definitely rent this home again in the future. Everything was as expected, home was equipped with just about everything you could think of. Owners were amazing to work with from the start and the smallest details were communicated to us very well.
