Red Roof Inn Gallup
A very basic room. Close to freeway. Far from most of the city's restaurants, stores, etc. I am amazed when I find a hotel room in 2026 without a small dedicated desk/workspace where you can sit down and work with your laptop. But, this was one and that was my major complaint.

Quality Inn & Suites Gallup I-40 Exit 20
The stay there was just OK pretty much got what I paid for.. others were right concerning the loud noise from the trains.. seems like the train conductors are disturbing hotel guest for pleasure smh..nice choice of restaurants within walking distance.
