"I stayed for a Tuesday through Sunday and requested housekeeping every day and they showed up at the end of the third day after my husband called and got loud with the desk. The room was grimy. I ran out of body wash the second day and ended up just having to use shampoo because housekeeping would not show up. The floor was so dirty that I cleaned it with a hotel towel and a sink of handsoap and water because it was just disgusting. The towel was brown after I was done and I just had a small room the hot tub is set to 5000°. Can’t stay in it long. The whole hotel seems to be covered in a nasty tobacco film. The smoke does not stay in the casino area, but the food is good. I did have a few great dining experiences one at the pool bar one at the steakhouse and one at the seafood restaurant."

"Saw a roach crawling in my rooms bathroom. On the positive side when we checked in the bell hop was extremely helpful with our bags."

"Room furniture is run down and the rooms ONLY have a fridge, no microwaves. Parking garage dark and piss smelling."

"It would be nice if they offered breakfast even if it was continental. The Cafe in the Casino needs a little attention. I don't think it should take 45 minutes to get a hamburger when there is only 2 tables and maybe 6 people total is restaurant. Otherwise we had a great trip."

"Rooms were clean and quiet, only complaint went in Sat morning to grab some yogert and was scolded by the lade that came in that breakfast wasn't open yet. Door was opened and after walking out looked at times on door and I was 2 min early of opening . All I wanted was a yogert to take back up to the room. Disappointed in what was actually offered for breakfast, ended up going to What a burger and getting something to eat there."

"The air conditioner was good, the staff was nice an the room was clean, i did not have cable tv but that was fine with me the room did have wifi I only stayed for the 25th an 26th i checked out early instead of check out on the 27th im still waiting on my my refund since i booked 2nights an i only stayed 1 night 🌙 It was awesome 👌 👏 "

"The facilities at first appeared maintained until further inspection - The room was actually filthy as it relates to the floors (felt grimy and the stone in the bathroom areas were stained as well), the shower tub combo had broken handles and it looked as though they had been spray painted and the paint was chipping. Then there was the bedding. The bedding had stains on sheets and bedspreads and blankets. The towels did not smell good and there was hair on the new towels - Not my hair or any of my family members. No coffee pot or coffee in the room. The "breakfast included" consisted of an apple that appeared to be the same apple each day and coffee. That is not breakfast. When asked about it, the desk clerk stated that there was nothing else to offer and that was that. When asked to replace the blanket because of the stain, she made us go back to the room and provide her with the stained blanket before she would give us a replacement. Although I am aware the surroundings are not necessarily in the control of the establishment, I would caution people about the safety aspect. It appears to be an older section of town. There was a nice area to sit outside but I did not feel safe enough to do that."
