Our 1st room didn't have a door on the bathroom. So they moved us to another room that had spiderwebs, and no water pressure in the sink.

My room was dirty, used soap til in the shower, no tissue paper in the bathroom, roaches and other bugs in the room. Now i always stayed at this location last year while working and the property was better maintained. Am happy that the pool is open

They wouldn't let me get my deposit back when I was checking out at 7 am. Because he didn't open til 9am. He was really rude and they had another guy trying to get his deposit back too. I heard from a few people after I checked out that said they had the same issue

How hotels make that extra dollar.

My stay was not to hot. The bed was nice but he put me in a no smoken room which i found burn holes in my cover that i could be charged for. Burn marks on the sink. Bathtoom door knob broken. On the other side of the cover you can tell someone had not washed the cover. Yall have to do better. If the supervisor inspecked this room these things are easly to see. Microwave old not clean. Makes me think i was put in this room to be charged for someone else mistakes. With that being said yall must do better and still yall asked for $20 deposit
