"The place was lovely especially the pool. You do have to understand that you are very much in nature so there were bugs in our room but it wasn't an issue. Shower was great staff were lovely. We only stayed one night as we had another place booked but the nature around us was lovely to hear and see. Breakfast was a buffet so got to try lots of bits and again the staff were there to explain what the bits were. Lovely stay."

"This location makes you feel like your in the middle of the jungle yet your only 6-10 minutes from downtown, beaches, and the ferry terminal. This is not a traditional hotel stay, the owner personally gives white glove service, from airport transportation, to morning breakfast served on your private porch. Razia (owner) even took me to her Gym, G9. Excellent gym for serious weight lifters and cardio fans. The room is positioned on a hill looking into the trees where we saw Monkey’s, Hornbills and two wonderful dogs that adopted us on day one. You will hear roosters in the morning and dogs howling but that is part of the experience, we loved it and didn’t want to leave. We will be back! Oh, you must go to Kuah Town Seafood, we loved the sea bass and the butter prawns. Sooo good!"

"The sea view was great and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. However, there were a few things to take note of. The power points on the balcony didn’t work, so we had to check around the apartment to find out which ones were working. No toothbrushes were provided initially. They only provided them after we requested, so it’s better to bring your own toiletries. For food, I would recommend grabbing food from outside as it’s much cheaper. Only one restaurant at the resort was open during our stay, and the prices were quite expensive. There are some shops outside, but the choices are limited. There are also 24/7 shops nearby, which are convenient for emergency purchases. Breakfast was fair—not too bad, but nothing special. Room cleaning could also be improved. The cleaning was quite basic, and the restroom wasn’t properly cleaned. Also, do check whether the balcony has been cleaned, as ours wasn’t cleaned until we specifically asked them to do it. One good thing is that Parade Mall is right beside the resort. It has a supermarket, money changers, and baby shops, which was very convenient for us."
