Very nice location, only 3 minutes to the beach, I understand now, why there are no pictures of the outside of the house, because there are so many bushes and trees to shade the object which is fantastic. High recommendation!

Sehr schönes Haus mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung innen und außen.Vor allem die vielen schönen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Grünen (Terrasse, Lounge) und die Außendusche haben wir und unsere Kinder sehr genossen!Die Insektenschutzgitter haben die Mücken wirksam aus der Wohnung ferngehalten. Draußen hilft ein Mückenspray!

Retour à la nature

Des avantages mais également quelques inconvénients ont marqué ce séjour entre amis.Avantages: un eco-lodge suffisamment spacieux pour 7, au calme, proche de la vallée du fango, bien équipé.Inconvénients: manque de rangements pour les provisions, forte présence de fourmis dans nos aliments chaque matin. 10 jours passés sous un soleil à 30, nous avions demandé un parasol pour la terrasse qui n'est pas suffisamment ombragée, nous ne l'avons pas eu. Pas de climatisation, cependant chaque chambre est équipée de ventilateur, mais nous avons eu chaud malgré tout.Par rapport aux photos de l'annonce : la végétation a bien poussé depuis, cela donne un côté sauvage sympathique mais mériterait quand même une taille de saison car difficile de se frayer un passage jusqu'à la terrasse secondaire qui n'est d'ailleurs pas exclusive au logement mais partagée avec 2 autres locations.Notre sejour s'est, dans l'ensemble, bien déroulé et la maison s'est montrée fonctionnelle. Un petit entretien general serait bénéfique aux prochains locataires.

Haus im wilden Garten

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, schöne Bäder, bietet Platz für 4 Erw.und bis zu 3 Kinder. Holz ist das bevorzugte Material, leider knarrt das Parkett sehr stark in allen Räumen. Die Sauberkeit ließ leider bei den Matratzen, Schonern, Steppdecken und Polstern der Terassenmöbel zu wünschen übrig. Den Garten konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, da das Gras meterhoch stand. Auch die 50m lange Zuwegung zum FH war durch hohes Gras mehr ein Trampelpfad. Für Kinder ungeeignet.

Tolles Haus mit super Lage im Fango Delta

Wir waren 2 Wochen mit 3 Kindern und Hund in dem schönen und stilvoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Es war ideal für Erkundungstouren ins Fango Delta und zu den Gumben, nach Calvi und in die Berge. Wir haben außerdem auch einfach Terrasse, Garten und Plancha genossen. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfreich mit Tipps und Infos und wir können die Wohnung absolut weiterempfehlen.

Superbe location dans un écrin de verdure. Parfaitement équipée et conforme à l’annonce. On s’y sent bien! Localisation parfaite pour profiter des environs que ce soit en mode visite, en mode farniente ou en mode sportif. Très belles balades à faire au départ de la maison que ce soit avec les enfants ou pour les plus aguerris. Excellents contacts avec François, communication fluide. Prima Ferien, ein schönes Haus, tolle Lage. Gute Kommunikation. Es ist aber nicht einsam Sondern ziemlich nahe anderen Objecten gebaut. Nachbar Geräusche und viele Hunde leider. Viel zu teuer auf jeden Fall. Es gibt einige Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten im Haus! Danke für die schöne Woche!

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles für den täglichen Bedarf war vorhanden und hat funktioniert. Ein paar kleine Schönheitsreparaturen wären aber mal notwendig. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat auf unsere Anfragen schnell geantwortet. Ein kleiner Supermarkt, Fleischer, Bäcker und einige Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden. Den Strand erreicht man in unter 5min fußläufig. Rundum war es schön und wir würden gern mal wieder kommen.

Gute Lage, zuwenig Pflege

Es sind nicht alle Fenster mit Insektenschutz ausgestattet. Gerade im Bad wo man lüften muss wäre es wichtig! Die hochwertige Ausstattung wird leider nicht so gepflegt wie sie es verdient hätte. Die Aussenlounge ist durch den dichten Bewuchs leider nicht benutzbar. Die Lage und die Ausstattung sind allerdings top.
