Melissa's place was perfect for our girls' weekend. Super clean, well-stocked kitchen, and even a thoughtful note & snacks upon arrival. It's in a great golf community with wonderful amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay in Galena and Melissa was a wonderful host. Communicated so well and her place is so nice. Plenty of room for my family of 5 (3 adult children) and such a convenient location to downtown Galena. Nice little things as well with a handwritten note, plenty of snacks and coffee/creamer. We'll plan to be back in the future!

Galena Girls Trip

This was our first time visiting Galena and couldn’t have been happier with the overall visit. This was largely due to the lovely accommodations at Galena Territory Retreat. The unit was perfectly equipped with anything and everything we could have imagined. It was very clean and well maintained not to mention the fantastic attention to detail. The beautiful view from the back patio was a great add on. The communication with Melissa, our host was so helpful and accommodating. I just can’t say enough about how wonderful this stay was. We can’t wait for a return trip. 10/10 for sure!!

Great Place

Galena territory golf course

This property was nice. Unfortunately we didn't get to check out the owners club but the unit had everything that we needed to do a little cooking and relax. It was a little further out than I realized but was relaxing and pretty.

Nice Territories Townhome

The place was very clean and nicely maintained. We have stayed in many of these types of townhome units when visiting family living in the Territories and this one was amongst the best. We were very happy and comfortable here and would stay here again! 5 stars!

Mother daughter trip

We enjoyed a great weekend in Galena. We have wanted to take a mother/daughter trip with my aunt and cousin for years and finally decided to book something. We picked this location and it was perfect! We are already talking about making this an annual trip. Highly recommend this location.

Perfect for us

Even though it’s only my wife and I vacationing, we prefer this 2-BR that sleeps 6 because it gives us flexibility to accomodate any of our favorite guests.. adult children or grand children or close friends. This is home away from home for us. Everything is as we like it and most of all the host is very attentive to our needs/request. Thanks a lot!! Bob and Benita

Excellent Villa

This is one of the nicest villas we have stayed in at Eagle Ridge and we have been in several over the past 19 years. The decor is up to date and fantastic. If internet speed is important to you, the WiFi was much faster than other villas. Plus, since there ended up being only 2 of us, I thought the best perk was having my own bathroom! Julie and Nick were very welcoming hosts. Hope to stay here again in the future!

Great rental with lots of extras

Check in and communication prior to arrival were great. When we walked in we were greeted with a nice bottle of wine and truffles which was a really nice touch! As we unpacked our things, we noticed there were a lot of extras provided. We enjoyed the Irish coffee and hot chocolate after an afternoon at the sledding hill. One of our boys also forgot his toothbrush and we were surprised to find some unopened extras in the bathroom. Everything was wonderful and the Eagle Ridge resort had a lot for our family to do! We would definitely stay here again and I’ll be recommending it to family and friends.

Just what we needed!

Host (Julie) is very gracious, attentive and accommodating! There were no guests ahead of us and she gave us option to check-in as early as we wished. We checked-in at 1:30 PM and had a nice nap before going out to fish!! Just what an 84-YO couple needed!! The place is very clean, well-furnished and even had a token gift for us. We don’t drink but we gobbled the sweets.. thanks!! We had 2 guests for a night and they fully enjoyed the condo as well. Beautiful scenery overlooking the golf course at the porch. We like the layout of bathrooms with access from BRs and hallways. Makes perfect sense. Hence, place can sleep 6… no problem! We slept like babies. Very quiet. We are already planning to come back with our son and our grandson. Julie, thank you very much!! Bob & Benita

A Peaceful & Beautiful Respite

I went for a "girls' weekend" away and found this beautiful townhouse. As it was a new listing, everything seemed to brand new in the place. Everything from the kitchen appliances to the furniture and the beds! It was very clean. There were also very beautiful decorations tastefully displayed throughout the home for the fall season. We also had some chocolates and a bottle of wine waiting for us from the owners. A wonderful personal touch. It is tucked away in the Eagle Ridge vicinity with woods surrounding it and overlooking a golf course. It was also soooooo quiet! It was a perfect place to relax and only about 5 miles from the Galena downtown shops. We also had access to the fitness center (which we used since the weather was really lousy on one of the days), and that was an extra bonus. There's not much we would recommend, but one thing would be to have a notebook with house instructions, wifi password, nearby places to eat, trail maps, etc. Maybe we are old school, but a book with all that info would be a nice touch. Thank you again for a restful weekend! :)

This condo is lovely and well stocked, with a manager who is an excellent communicator and goes to great lengths to make sure that all goes well. Check in and check out were easy. The only shortcomings were the absence of room-darkenting shades or curtains in the bedrooms plus the location of the downstairs bathroom fan right under the upstairs bedroom bed. Since the downstairs bathroom fan goes on automatically when that room's light is turned on, if anyone sleeping downstairs turns on the bathroom light downstairs during the night, the fan goes on and can wake up people sleeping upstairs.

Melissa was great! Check in and check out was easy because she was in constant communication with us. Place was very clean and cute.. loved the snacks and all kitchen extras like coffee and creamer. We loved our stay! Easy and short drive to downtown Galena. About 10 minutes. Restaurant on the property was very nice too. Would definitely stay here again!
