With a view of the sea, "Villa Rural El Poleo DR" in Saucillo is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The 300 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 9 people. The villa features reliable, high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, a quiet zone ideal for home office and teleworkers, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a smart TV with streaming services. Children are allowed and A baby cot and 2 high chairs are also available upon request and free of charge.

The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a heated pool, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony and a barbecue.

The villa is located close to all supermarkets in the industrial area of San Isidro in Gáldar. The villa is very close to a bus stop (500 meters) and there is also a nearby small Caideros supermarket (3Km). The villa is in a quiet zone and is ideal for hikers.

3 parking spaces are available on the property. A maximum of 2 Pets are allowed. Parties and events with more than 15 people are prohibited. The pool is heated from April to November but not in the winter months.

Karaktervolle en zeer ruime villa met alle faciliteiten. Heerlijk vertoeven aan het verwarmd zwembad.Rustig gelegen in een prachtige omgeving.Goede ligging om de bergen van Gran Canaria te verkennen.Vriendelijke eigenaar, duidelijke instructies voor checkin.

Naturoase pur

Pros: Das Anwesen ist sehr groß und es ist genügend Platz im Haus für alle. Wir waren 3 Personen. Das Haus war bei der Übergabe im perfekten Zustand. Toll ist die zusätzliche Küche am Pool. Die haben wir eigentlich immer genutzt. Das Haus liegt in 750m Höhe und eine 9km lange Strasse schlängelt sich den Berg hinauf oder runter. Für geübte Fahrer stellt das kein Problem da und macht Spass in den Bergen zu fahren. Der Süden ist in knapp 90 min zu erreichen. So waren wir in Perto Morgan und auch im Palmitos Park. Tanken ist sehr günstig. Benzin E5 um 1.20€. Auto hatten wir über Cicar gemietet. Das lief alles ohne Probleme und ist zu empfehlen. AUf dem Grundstück sind 3-4 Katzen und Hühner und wir haben das Glück gehabt zu erleben, das viele Kücken geboren wurden. Sehr hübsch anzusehen. Der Poolbereich mit Liegen und Grill ist toll und auch die Sitzecke unter dem "Palmdach" wurde oft genutzt. Im Haus ist alles top, große Dusche in einem Badezimmer, großes Arbeitszimmer und Wohnzimmer. Cons: Das Wetter war launisch und ab und zu viel Wind. Temperaturen sind aber schon 3-4 Grad weniger als in Galdar oder Agaete, aber es gab auch laue Sommernächte. Aber fürs Wetter kann keiner was. Ich würde ein Hinweis für die Stufen machen, Stolpergefahr.
