"This is a well positioned house, just off the high street and right by the river and the new river walk. We couldn't fault it in any way. Spotlessly clean, comfy, small patio area to sit outside, friendly neighbours, easy access to the other border towns. Many thanks."

"Enjoyable holiday. Family liked it. Possibly could do with internet like WI-FI. Phone signal was intermittent and made it hard to search things in the area"

"We were a group aged nine to eighty. There was a lot on offer to cater for us all. There were nine of us and the place was big enough for us to spread out and enjoy varying activities. A bus stop outside going into Edinburgh was a bonus. Would highly recommend it. Does Scotland proud!"

"Lovely cosy cottage with gorgeous views. Owner was really friendly checking we’d settled in ok. Great location (as long as you have car) to get to nearby towns and attractions. "Margo is a responsive host and helped us with location details, transportation information and ideas for enjoying our stay in Edinburgh. Highly recommend the beautiful cottage and its location. It gave us a break from the busy downtown after long days of travel and seeing the city. The garden is an amazing part of the stay! Minutes away, there were grocery stores and Margo provided a lovely greeting basket that gave us things to enjoy after getting off a long flight. Awesome experience!"
