"When traveling, I have two requirements: clean and safe. This property met both of those requirements. The modern look was appealing. On my list of first things to do when arriving in Romania was to stop at a grocery store, to stock up on snacks/drinks that we would need while driving our 550 mile trip around the country. Imagine my delight upon opening the curtains in the morning to see a grocery store across the field from the hotel. Very convenient! Elitte is a very nice place to stay. Thanks for a great first night in your country."

"Hotel West Plaza Bucharest Review 🌟 Dates of Stay: September 15 – September 16 Booked via: Miaoew Tours Honestly, I didn’t have very high hopes going into this stay—I was fully prepared for a chaotic, whirlwind trip. It was super busy, and because I checked in for free way ahead of the regular check-in time and had a bright-and-early check-out before 7:00 AM, my schedule was tight. To top it all off, I was rushing to make an important embassy appointment before 8:00 AM! But let me tell you, Hotel West Plaza completely flipped the script and turned out to be so much better than expected! The staff and reception team were absolute lifesavers with my schedule and prompt to respond. When I was scrambling to get to my embassy appointment on time, they even helped advise me on where to catch a taxi so I wouldn't be late—now that is customer service! Plus, when I had a little hiccup with the balcony door, they swooped in super fast and fixed it instantly. And as if that wasn't stellar enough, they came right back afterward to clean up again just to make sure everything was sparkling and cozy. ✨ The breakfast was also an absolute treat to wake up to. But the ultimate highlight? The staff going completely above and beyond: not only helping carry my bags, but even giving me a mini-tour of the surrounding area!"

"I have been staying in the 4-star section of this hotel a few times a year for the past 3 years. It truly is a hidden gem. While not located in the city center, it offers significant advantages. Location: * A 2-minute walk to the subway station, connecting you directly to downtown and the rest of the city. * Situated inside a modern, gated business park with manicured lawns, well-maintained walking paths, and an outdoor pool (open during summer). Because it sits away from main avenues, nights are exceptionally quiet with zero traffic noise or sirens. * Two well-stocked mini-marts are right at the base of the hotel (similar to a 7-Eleven), covering all daily essentials. * A 10-minute Lime scooter ride from a major commercial shopping center (Auchan Militari). Hotel & Amenities: * Spotlessly clean, ~15-year-old building. Completely bug-free, which can often be an issue in older Bucharest properties. * Excellent, consistent staff—the same welcoming, helpful team has been here since my first stay 3 years ago. * Superb soundproofing guarantees uninterrupted sleep. * Spacious rooms (approx. 60 sq. meters) with clean, modern furniture and immaculate housekeeping. Includes a practical kitchenette and well-maintained bathroom. All in all, a fantastic place to stay. I wholeheartedly recommend it."

"The only reason I gave 3 stars for the check-in process is because I have never experienced anything like this before. After this experience, I understand it better. The part of Bucharest where this property is located is very densely populated. More explicit pictures and a map of where the driving and building entrances are would be most helpful to the uninitiated like me. The help that I got was superb! Otherwise, the room was perfect, the kitchen well appreciated, the laundry most welcome. It was a very good place to call home for the week that I was in Bucharest. "

"We stayed at The Line Hotel for one night, mainly because we needed to be close to the coach station, and for that purpose it worked well. The hotel has a slightly pompous, showy style to it, but overall it was comfortable and did the job for a short stay. The surrounding area isn’t particularly attractive at the moment, as there are ongoing works on the train lines, so the immediate environment feels a bit unfinished. That said, we genuinely appreciated how quiet the hotel itself was, especially given the location. Overall, it was a convenient and decent option for a one‑night stopover."
