My mom stayed in this hotel and she said that the staff was very polite. She doesn’t speak any English or Romanian and she said that everybody was very friendly and respectful.

Excellent hotel. It was a little too far out of the main area of town but Iknew thst when I booked. The Reception staff was excellent:kind and helpful. My main criticism would be the restaurant: the music was SO loud we couldn't hear ourselves tslking. Also, the dtrong smell of cigarette smoke throygh ...
