"One night stay Great location Clean room with comfortable bed Welcome tray could be improved with addition of biscuits High spots are the staff and outstanding food of high quality and reasonable pricing Parking charged extra £10 for 24hours Good location against the Marina and close to city centre We were visiting The Deep a 5 minute drive away Highlights the staff and restaurant plus location and comfortable bed Bathroom basic could do with upgrading but adequate Overall excellent stay Recommended and looking to return"

"Hotel very close to the Railway station and St Stephens shopping centre. Was busy at check in so allow time and be patient. Breakfast area/ Bar area was busy both mornings, so suggest going early to avoid the rush. Only down side was waiting for lifts . Our room was on 7th floor and with the window open it was quite noisy at night into the early hours."

"Staff very friendly and were so accommodating with our party (14) Arranging a room for us to enjoy a drink away from the main bar area, due to a large function taking place. Food was delicious with generous portions It was a little tired in places,but very clean rooms and toiletries replenished even when not used Ideal location for visiting the cathedral, castle, shops and other restaurants/bars"
