The interior room is fine for the cost it was pretty good the property was close to fast food restaurants gas stations grocery stores right off interstate 35 not too far maybe 10 minutes from winstar casino the exterior of the property is very outdated my only complaint was the weather in which the property could not control a lot of snow in the parking lot maybe it could have been treated better by the property I got stranded a couple of times in the parking lot slip on the stairs but was not injured

It's a very good hotel, it shares the land with Quality Inn too and the rooms are clean. They even have an induction cooktop if anyone wants to cook

The person at the front desk was super nice. The hotel is old and in need of repairs. The room was clean but not in great condition. The landscape was also in need of attention. Cost per night was way to high for what we got.

Sketchy exterior but clean rooms.

Last minute stay. The exterior and lobby looks very trashy and outdated along with the pool that was full of algae. BUT the rooms have been renovated – or are in the process of being renovated and were extremely clean. I think it was overpriced by $100 easily And I chose this hotel just because of the location close to the WinStar casino.

Got what I paid for.

The beds were comfortable and the room didnt smell bad. However, the shower rod was falling down the toilet seat was coming off and the floors were had not been swept. We reserved a single king suite and were changed to a double queen.

You get what you pay for. For the price, this was a good room at an old hotel. The room had been recently renovated but still shows its age. The staff was very friendly and responsive but it took 3 tries to get us a door key that worked and our TV did not work (but they took care of very promptly). But the room was clean and comfortable. The shower was still the old bathtub shower but it worked fine and had decent pressure. The continental breakfast is standard fare but is unattended and all of the handful of tables were dirty. We stayed there because an event at WinStar had rates up there and in Gainesville super high and would do so again if we had the same situation.

Horrible experience

---------- Forwarded message ---------- To whom it may concern, I want I booked 2 rooms. One of them was filthy with trash all over the floor, beds were not made. I had to walk back to reception to get another room. Then there were not enough towels in the room. Once again we had to go back to reception just so they can say they didn't have any available. Made my son in law got into the filthy room to see if there were any clean towels. It is not our job to be looking in rooms for clean towels. To top it off what the reservation said my total was is not what I had to pay when I showed up. I can't believe the service we got. Never again would I stay here. Nor would I recommend this place.

Rooms weren’t available until 1 1/2 hrs after normal check-in time. Room floor was filthy with food products all over the floor. no towels in room, only positive was TV and good bed with clean sheets. The entire motel looked dirty and unkempt. Breakfast room was very cold and atmosphere was unappealing.

The room was very clean and staff was courteous, but the doors to the kitchen at 6am for breakfast was locked. There should of been a sign posted at that time noting when breakfast would become available.

For the price I paid for this place, it should have been more comfortable. The beds were hard, the walls are thin, the black out part of the curtains had so many holes, it didn’t keep out much light.
