This beautiful home is ideal for both outdoor and indoor activities, enjoy our beautiful private pool (seasonally heated) & large hot tub, or play on the basketball court (sports equipment provided). Have movie night or workout in the home gym. Play foosball or ping-pong.

Absolutely Amazing

This property was just incredible. From the quiet and peaceful atmosphere to the short distances to loads of fun in the sun, this home was nothing short of amazing! The quick responsiveness of the owners and respect for privacy and security with the cameras, along with allowing us to being our fourwheelers to explore the large acreage was the hightlight of our trip. We had about 20 of our family there and if we ever find ourselves back visiting gainesville, this will be our go to spot.

Just a wonderful fabulous, and blessed week

Everything we needed was there, it was more than we imagine, I kept thinking in my mind all kinds of craziness, but after arriving I was totally wrong. My family was so excited, everybody really enjoyed the week long vacation. Thanks to all that was involved, appreciated you all to the fullest, keep up the good work.

2nd stay here!

This was our second year in a row staying here! Everything was pleasant and easy to check in! The only issue is the main refrigerator in the kitchen does not keep food cold. We have young kids so this was an issue with milk and fruit. We experienced this last year and seems they added a new one in the garage but it is very inconvenient to cook when the refrigerator is so far.

Great family Christmas in July

Great place for large group. The 9 grandkids ranged from 3-14 but there was plenty to do. The property manager was always VERY responsive. Plenty of areas to meet together and plenty to get away from one another. Pool was fantastic. Agree that wicker furniture in room off dining room could be more comfy as a gathering area but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our time together. Kitchen could use a few more items to cook for larger group, i.e. larger casserole dishes, but we had disposable foil pans for easy clean up!

Beautiful House

Great stay at 4241 Nopone Rd in Gainesville Ga.

It was a beautiful property, very spacious, lots of amenities. We’ll stocked kitchen, easy access to host. Host was very friendly. Just an all around great week. The younger adults enjoyed the game room and large tv room in the downstairs and the backyard fire pit.

Lovely home, large enough for three families

Overall, this was a lovely home, and had room for three families, ages 4 - 80s. We spent lots of time in the pool. We had trouble figuring out the hot tub controls, but finally figured it out (with support from the property manager). A few things were not working properly (freezer ice machine, smoke detector, treadmill). But none of them detracted from a lovely vacation. We didn't find the livingroom/sunroom furniture comfortable - and that's the room we most often gathered in to hang out. So that was disappointing. A comfortable sofa and a few comfortable chairs would have been nice - the wicker furniture was not to our taste for hanging out together. But the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining room were all perfect for a large group. And the pool and firepit made it fun!
