  • Welcome to Sunset Villa, a safe home on the quieter side of Lake Lanier, very close to I-85 and Atlanta. This villa accommodates up to 11 guests. Enjoy breathtaking lake views from the deck, covered porch, and the party deck of the dock. This villa is warm and cozy with lake décor, and fun stuff to do. It is staged with brand new furniture. The kitchen is very well appointed. The villa is only a hop away from Lake Lanier Island Resorts, Margaritaville and Aqualand by boat and by car.
