Modern Holiday Apartment "Schweizer" with Lake View, Terrace & Wi-Fi

The modern and comfortably furnished 50 m2 holiday apartment Schweizer is located in the centre of Hemmenhofen, not far from the shore of Lake Constance, on the Höri peninsula. There is a king-size bed and a sofa bed for one person available in the living room, providing space for up to three guests. The holiday apartment is located in the basement and can be reached via an outside staircase (4 steps). In the well-equipped kitchen you have the possibility to enjoy delicious meals on your vacation. For this purpose, an oven, a ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee machine, a water/tea maker and a toaster are at your disposal. The bathroom with a WC has a shower, a hairdryer and a washing machine. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a flat screen TV. From the living room you can access the private covered terrace with comfortable seating furniture and deck chairs. Here you can enjoy the view of the lake in beautiful sunshine. The location of the holiday apartment is ideal. You can reach the lake in a few steps, two restaurants are only 500 m away. To the next supermarket you need 4 minutes by car (2 km). If you do not arrive with your own car, you will find a bus stop only 100 m away. Your friendly, local hosts are looking forward to giving you many tips for a carefree time at Lake Constance. Wir empfehlen sehr gerne diese Ferienwohnung weiter. Herr Schweizer hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns kurz eingewiesen ( danke) Die Ferienwohnung ist makellos und perfekt ausgestattet mit allen Haushaltsgeräten, die super funktionieren, modernes, einwandfreies Geschirr, Besteck ( mit Messern die auch schneiden) etc.... Wir haben uns sofort herzlich Willkommen gefühlt.Die Umgebung lädt zu Wanderungen ein, der Bodensee liegt einem zu Füßen ( 2 Min. zu Fuß, dann kann man die Füße dort eintauchen).Schiffahrten etc. Wellness im naheliegenden Hotel am Bodensee. Herr Schweizer hat auch, falls gewünschtt, jede Menge Tipps für Unternehmungen ins Umfeld.Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung

Pros: Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war blitzblank sauber. An Ausstattung hat nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist sehr sehr ruhig. Bis zum Bodensee nur paar Schritte. Wer mal so wirklich ausspannen und sich erholen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Cons: Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schon paar Kilometer entfernt (ca. 45 min Autofahrt).

Wir sind glücklich, dieses Juwel entdeckt zu haben.

Pros: Super nah zum See. Gastfreundliche Vermieter. Sehr gepflegt und sauber. Alles vorhanden für den Alltag sogar Kaffee und Begrüßungsgetränk. In 50 Metern kleiner Verkaufsstand täglich frisches Obst, Gemüse, Salat, Eier, Brot und Brötchen, selbstgemachte Brotaufstriche... Fantastisch. Cons: Ohne E-Bike für Gelegenheitsradler sehr anspruchsvoll was Steigungen und Gefälle betrifft. Mit einmal auch 19 % schon sehr anstrengend.

Diese sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung hat uns absolut überzeugt. Modern, super ausgestattet, sauber bis in die letzte Ritze. Da wir etwas ausspannen wollten, haben wir die beschauliche Lage in unmittelbarer Seenähe sehr genossen. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für sehr schöne Spaziergänge, Ausflüge nach Konstanz, Radolfzell oder in die Schweiz. Ein sehr freundlicher Vermieter, der uns sehr herzlich empfangen hat. Wir werden sehr gern wiederkommen !
