"Cleanliness is our most important barometer. Next if it is dated or shabby. And additionally location. The Inn had all that we required. Plenty of parking, quite helpful. The Bistro within The Inn was lovely for dinner and relaxing in the hotel’s courtyard. The Staff is helpful and pleasant. We would definitely return for a vacation or holiday. ARTFIELDS throughout this town was uplifting."

"Place is old and outdated, person at front desk was on her phone the whole time trying to ck me in , I booked a non smoking room and was given a nasty smelling smoke filled room , so I had to go back and wait for her to get off her personal phone again to get a different room. Bed bugs under the mattress, carpet had large burn marks , low water pressure and bathroom smelled like urine ."

"There was only one employee for this hotel doing his best to try to cover all aspects. It took a long time to check in as it took awhile fir him to appear. The breakfast room was dark although there was coffee and juice. The trash cans were very full. Again, once this man appeared he rushed around tobturn on lights, find pancake batter, etc. The whole experience was bizarre. The hotel, however, was clean, attractive and the rooms were clean. No one was allowed to have a room on the 2nd floor due to no staff to service the rooms. The landscaping was attractive."

"Beds are terrible"

"Tommy was an excellent host. Kept himself available should any need arise. Rooms were spacious, exquisitely decorated, bed was super comfy, room temp was perfect and breakfast was delicious. Inn is more beautiful than the pictures! On-site parking. Stairs may be an issue for some with heavy luggage. Really appreciated the added special touch of a welcome sign with our names on it, on our room doors! Four adults traveling and no complaints. Thanks for making our trip so memorable, Tommy! Would love to return one day. Best to your success!"

"I did not get the opportunity to see the pool, but the shower still had hair on the shower wall. There were people banging on the doors until after midnight and the whole atmosphere was very noisy."

"Terrible staff. Locked front door so front desk person could nap while i was stuck outside late at night waiting to check in. Not even an effort to apologize or compensate for the severe inconvenience. Breakfast was poor and several items just unavailable. Would NEVER stay here again. "
