"The room was up to standard. The lock on the door was old and not fit for purpose, the carpet in the room was dirty and had stains on it .every floor creaked when walked on so you could hear people waking by most of the night. Also the bed was uncomfortable."

"Very clean family room on floor 1, had to go and ask for decaf coffee to be told they didn't stock it slightly disappointed. Then spoke to a member of staff who actually went above and beyond and went and got me some. Entertainment didn't happen due to sound technical problems but bingo went ahead ..."

Dale View Cottages
"The room was very small and the bed was a small double which again is small. That been said shower was very good and the location was good I clearly got it wrong as I thought we were getting what now looks like the cottages and not a room. That was my fault and not the owners"
