"The lamps and tub had rust on them, ceiling was cracked and was pilling, only one roll of toilet paper, and the floors were not clean. My 8 year old's white socks were very dirty after walking around the room. "

"Physical staff not available. You have to speak with them over a computer and the Internet lags so it's an aggravating process. I spoke to 3 different staff members just to get checked in and then again to get room keys fixed because after 1 night our room keys didn't work anymore. Also, bare minimum amenities left in room for guest so if you find yourself staying here make sure you bring your own everything. Towels too because good look getting anyone to bring extras. "

"We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was the perfect escape from reality. From the moment we walked in, we could tell how much care goes into this cabin. Everything was spotless, welcoming, and so thoughtfully prepared for us.The views are incredible. We loved starting our mornings looking out the windows from the bed or sitting on the patio with coffee. Our afternoons were spent exploring and hiking nearby, and our evenings were shared under the stars relaxing in the hot tub. The copper tub even had us joking about doing a bathroom remodel at home!Our almost 11-year-old border collie, Tux, felt right at home too. We set his bed up in front of the fireplace and he happily kept watch over us and joined in on our little adventures.Thank you a million times over for such an amazing stay and memories that will last a lifetime. "Mostly excellent. Was a bit disappointed in the fitness room, however. Several of the exercise machines were improperly configured or calibrated. Excellent fitness facilities are among my reasons for choosing Hampton Inn hotels. This is why I downgraded my evaluation from a 5 to a 4."
