We stayed at the Opera Hotel so we could attend the late night Candlelight Concert at the Teatro Colón next door. We have stayed there before and the hotel is still amazing! The rooms are private, comfortable, clean, and have a charming colonial design. The breakfast in the morning is excellent with all the varied Colombian favorites plus fruit, breads, and an omelet cook. The spa is amazingly relaxing and the pools are quite warm. The only recommendation I make is to ask for robes and slippers to be sent to your room as soon as you checkin so you don’t have to wear street clothes down to the spa.
