"No surprises knew what to expect"

"My family came to town at the end of January for a long weekend ski trip. Upon arrival, my 69-year-old father (because he arrived first) had to shovel snow in order to park all of our vehicles in the driveway. This house needs ALOT of repairs and a deep cleaning. The master bathroom floor is caving in, the other bathroom floor had 2 large nails popping up through the vinyl, there were many floorboards that were uneven and coming up. There were layers and layers of dust in various places throughout the house. The ceiling fans were covered in dust and wrapped in cobwebs. Two days in a row we had to wait for hours to get hot water due to the owner being able to control it via wi-fi. When you have 12 people in a house, this was very inconvenient. While we made the best of it and enjoyed our time I would not recommend staying in this house until it is deep cleaned and the repairs are made. "
