今回2度目のステイでしたが、スタッフの方々がとても親切でプロフェッショナル。立地もいいし、部屋も綺麗で気に入っています。空港リムジンの予約も、時間ギリギリだったにも関わらず手際良く手配していただき感謝です。また次回も泊まろうと思います。

KOKO HOTEL Residence Asakusa Kappabashi
It was a very good room, very spacious for three of us and took advantage of the washer/dryer to ensure our clothes were clean before heading back to the airport. I’m thankful for the staff, I’d certainly come back

Room was great. Staff was great! Location was great! The only complaint is that the dryer would not dry our clothes! No matter how small a load it was!
