"It’s hard to say what the most important thing is for a hotel stay. Is it 1) the property and room, 2) the food or 3) the staff? Well, it doesn’t matter with this property cause you’re winning on all 3. "It may have been a little too small for our family of 4(maybe for a couple or family of 3 would still be doable), but it was very tight for us but we made it happen! Especially with 2 teenagers, we were breathing in each other's necks! Overall, staff was very helpful and accommodating. Tanaka-san helped us with everything we needed and beyond(luggage transfers) We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again in the future!"

"It was great experience staying at this place. Right after we went to gala Yuzawa ski came back to the hotel and dipped ourselves into the large Ofuro in the basement. Smoking was not allowed inside or well outside the house so it was the only problem me and my friends faced during the stay but all in all we enjoyed our stay at the place. Place is warm and cozy. Recommend for friends and family or in groups over 5 people. "
