Location near the subway and Ohori Park convenient enough. Staff were friendly. The interior is a little run-down but that doesn't bother me and everything was generally clean. The breakfast, although free, was disappointing: only two small bread rolls per person, sometimes with a boiled egg, sometimes without! I'd rather they charged more to do a proper job...

The place is a bargain, not only great value of a stay, but the 700 yen parking also can't be beat. There's just 2 insignificant issue I mentioned to the staff, 1. Shower in higher floors has lower flow, but still usable. 2. The corner of these rooms are a little dusty. Everything else is perfect.

do not recommend for tourists
I stayed here in a pinch due to furniture delivery being delayed, because it's in my new neighborhood. It's pretty depressing! Dirty and dingy. The free breakfast they did a nice job with though, lots of items and tasty. Most of the guests were men in uniforms, machinery technicians and the like on business trips staying at the cheapest place possible.

Some staff has a problem with English, noisy from another room and if u don't know about local language, you can't use tv on your room.

So-so place to stay
It depends on what your goal is. If you are not the picky one, with just a place to sleep is enough, then this might be suffice, I think. The "hotel", which I think should just be changed into an "inn", has the basic amenities you would expect, towel, toiletries, teabags, etc. However, it was quite dark in the room, since the room was facing away from the sun. Though clean, it was quite old.

Old hotel with good price and including breakfast.
You paid what you get, good location about 5mins walk to subway station, restaurants and supermarket around,breakfast including I this price, but small room as most of Japan hotels, wifi only at second floor. Even in a no smoking room can smell some one smoke. It's okay for someone don't wanna stay in share bathroom hostel.

Easy access,simple, free breakfast coffee, no view
Close to Ohori Park and subway, bus stations, 7-11, post office, 20mins walk to Tenjin Station if you don't want to take the subway. Room not very clean (the boiler was dusty) but tidy, Shampoo, soap and hair conditioners in bathroom. Other amenities could be taken from the reception. Staff quite nice, free simple Japanese style breakfast and coffee machine available. Room has no view and poor sound insulation. Recommended for short stay for convenience and price.

오호리공원역에서 걸어서 3분거리에 위치해 있습니다. 호텔은 매우 오래된 느낌이 나는 비지니스 호텔이었습니다. 객실내에서는 유선랜만 있고 WiFi는 설치되어있지 않습니다. 무료로 제공되는 조식은 간단한 일본 가정식으로 그냥 무난하였습니다. 근처에 걸어서 3분거리에 슈퍼가 있고 5분거리에 오호리공원이 있어 좋았습니다.

Good location cheap but value for money hotel
2 single beds with only 1 foot space between them so overall a very cramped room and very cramped bathroom but considering it was very cheap (the cheapest place we stayed in our 11 days in Japan) I think it was good value. Very basic but what can you expect for the price. Free breakfast is Japanese style but we managed to find enough that my 4yo and I could eat. Short walk to subway station made it easy to get to. We only stayed 1 night but I think it would have been fine for a longer stay.

A little bit of mold in the bathroom, but overall a bigger room than I expected. There was only one lock on the door, which seems a little unsafe, but otherwise the hotel is a quick walk from the subway station and has a good Japanese style breakfast.

Very tiny room (zize of 2 futons + 20 cm around = not easy to accomodate clothes and luggage), very basic breakfast included, cleanliness should be improved (toilet bowl had been superficially cleaned), corridors were needing some restoration, position not very central but quite close to subway. Would not return!

I had a hard time booking a last minute room, so I didn't have many options but this place is a dump. The woman who worked at the counter was incompetent, the wifi only works in the lobby, and the room smelled bad and wasn't clean. Also, you can bypass the lobby and take the elevator from the ground floor all the way up to any room, which didn't make me feel safe.

The good thing about this hotel is rates are rock bottom by Japanese standards. They provide a hot breakfast in the morning, though if you are vegetarian like me, you will be happy to enjoy toast, veggie salad, soup and juice. Free Wifi in the lobby was great when it worked. Sadly, the second night and morning I was there, the wifi wasn't working, and no one seemed to know how to get it up again. This inconvenience was made small because I could use the internet in the subway for free. My room, though cozy, was comfortable to sleep in, even without a heater. I just used the comforter and enjoyed my sleep. The refrigerator was useful, and being just a 5-7 minute walk from the subway, location was great. I think I would stay at this hotel again if I ever go back to Fukuoka because of price and location.

바이크 타고 방문. 후쿠오카 내, 주차를 할 수 있는 호텔은 많지 않고 또한 이만한 가격의 호텔도 거의 없다. 호텔 자체는 오래 됐고, 전기코드 또한 침대 근처에도 없지만, 오호리 공원, 걸어서 번화가까지 충분히 갈 수 있고, 무엇보다 주차장이 큰 메리트이다. 작년 9월에도 바이크 타고 방문한 이력이 있어서 또 찾아왔다.

PayPayドームでライブがあったので利用しました。スタッフさんの対応がよく、施設の設備も十分でした。朝食には、小さなパンが2つもらえました。貸し出してもらったドライヤーに髪の毛が入っていたこと以外、清潔感は悪くなかったです。値段も安く済み満足でした。
