"Room was clean, very friendly and helpful reception staff. Glad your cafe was open for coffee and pastries. Would have liked room service. They did not clean the room after our first day’s stay. Was able to get fresh towels."

"Checked in and our room was dirty - food left in fridge, melted cheese all over microwave, crumbs on every surface, carpets dirty. Reception did not seem surprised when I told them, and moved us to a new room. Much better but still not as clean as it should be. Parking is a challenge, probably due to multiple conferences at the hotel. Teenage conference attendees hanging out all over the hotel. Had to step over one to get to the elevator. I could go on. Long story short, won't ever stay here again. "
