"Breakfast was great! Parking was adequate. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I did not know that there was no elevator or that we were on the 3rd floor. We made it, but for some it would have been more difficult. I chose by room and was not aware of the 3rd floor location, so it would be good to be clearer about the location. Otherwise it was a great stay."

"Breakfast was good. Rooms needed renovation. Bathroom fan rattled. Thermo stat was hard to control heat. It was either cold or hot. Black out curtains would not close and city lights lit up the room all night which made it hard to sleep. Pillows were TINY. Mattresses were very uncomfortable. Floors were sticky in public areas. Bathrooms in rooms tiny."

"Overall stay was good. The clock alarm went off at 6 am. I never thought of checking to see if the alarm clock was set...just assumed it wasn't. Walking distance to Old Port and good restaurants. Beds/bedding was ok. Staff was friendly. I'd stay again."

"I think the breakfast could open earlier like 6 I thin the charge for parking for guests is a ripoff. I understand it is near a stadium but as a business person travelin was a first to be charged by the day to pay to stay at the hotel is not right.
