Welcome to the "Edge Loop" unit at Mojoe Inn! Enjoy being in the heart of Downtown Fruita in this unique apartment. Once a hotel 100 years ago, this building has been renovated for modern guests while still maintaining original charm and a true downtown feel. Each apartment is one-of-a-kind with fun design elements and comforts including fast WIFI and on-site laundry! Walk one block to Fruita's main street and enjoy world-class mountain biking and endless outdoor recreation within minutes! This apartment is second floor with 2 bedrooms (one king bed, one queen bed), beautiful bathroom and a deluxe kitchenette (mid-size fridge, full dishwasher, convection oven, hot plate). Shared garage for bike storage only. Each apartment gets one off-street parking spot; street parking also available. Pet-friendly with pet fee (please pick up pet waste!).

Adventurefest Half Marathon

This property was about 25 minutes from the race start. There were a lot of food choices close within walking distance. It was the perfect place to stay for the race.

Cute, quiet space

We really enjoyed this space--it was laid out to make the most of the space, keep the bedrooms separate, and maximize the communal living area. It was nice and quiet despite having some shared walls. Would definitely stay here again!
