The taster menu was outstanding, and the wine pairing elevated the experience even further—easily one of the highlights of our stay. As a dog-friendly hotel, Palé Hall made our dog feel just as at ease as we were. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of warmth, comfort, and 5-star luxury. Highly recommended."
