"The communication from the hotel was excellent, and accessing the room later in the day via the key box was no problem at all. The location is great—just a short walk to the beach and shops. The room was clean, though definitely a bit tired. The carpets were grubby, and the wallpaper could use some attention. Still, for the price, it was perfectly adequate.
It’s unclear whether rooms are let on a longer-term basis, but it seemed that way. Sadly, our neighbour was audibly upset and sobbed...

"Great dtay at the Cliff. We had a partial Seaview the views were amazing. Breakfast was good but warm rather than hot. Food good quality. I feel the bar area whilst nice lacks atmosphere. The terrace has amazing views its a shame the nights were so cold as we couldn't use it fully but may be possible on a future stay. Renovations ongoing this affects the outside areas but didn't impact on us. Disruption was kept to a minimum. Reception staff and Breakfast service amazing."
"Spacious, well equipped, clean holiday home. Ideal for large family.Prompt communications with management with issues/queriesPerfect location for beach and walks.Need to be very brave to get into the unheated pool. Would have been an advantage to use the cover and protect when not in use.Disappointed that only one of six televisions worked.Courtyard needs attention, looks neglected and needs to be more aesthetically pleasing, as does the pool area.A welcome pack would be beneficial to gain knowledge of amenities as well as online information. On arrival bins were overflowing. When reported rectified immediately. Would be an advantage to have bin collection day noted in a welcome pack in the house. However, we had a lovely relaxing stay."
"Nice 3 bedroom apartment. Lovely to have a bath in each ensuite. Kitchen isn't particularly well stocked (we had to keep washing up) but I've come to expect this from holiday rents now. The doors are all on closing mechanisms that crash the heavy doors shut with her loud bangs. This would be a problem if you had children as I'd worry they might crush fingers.
Little bit noisy during the day when the cafe is open downstairs. Won't be a problem if you're out all day.
The restaurant in Barn 1 is worth a visit and very close.
Lots of hot water and the heating is very good.
There is an oven despite the photos showing just a hob."
