Condo was clean and good and served our needs . The twin beds need new mattress and springs. The carpet is 30 years old and wall paper is peeling in the bathroom. The hot water was turned off and we had to wait for hot water. There are carpet strips in front of the hall bath with raised nails . Everything is clean and all the amenities are there . It needs walls painting and carpets or laminate floors .. We had to call to access the passcode lock at arrival.
