On the ocean side of the quiet village of Frisco, Deja Blue sits only a few minutes' walk from the ocean, facing the sound for spectacular sunset vistas. At night, admire an unobstructed view of the stars from the top-floor deck as you listen to the ocean waves crashing nearby.

Your visit begins on the top floor, where a grand living room awaits with two massive recliners and an additional leg rest. The main dining room and kitchen offer stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, plenty of seating, a breakfast bar, a center island for meal prep, and a Keurig for an easy cup of coffee in the morning.

The middle level has three bedrooms. Directly outside is a deck with a hot tub to relax you after a sunny day spent on the beach. The lower floor brings out the spirit of competition in the family game room, which features a large pool table, side seating, a TV, and a retro-themed minibar.

Beautiful home furnishings and great location, close to Ramp 49/Frisco Beach which is convenient for driving on the beach. Great 4 BR/4Bath, dog-friendly home, perfect for families.

Great house in great location

The location, the house, the communication from the owner and rental service - everything was wonderful! We were there for a scuba diving trip that sadly got cancelled but luckily we had a fabulous house to hang out in! Lived the hot tub and game room and DVD selections! Looking forward to visiting again.

Felt like home, we had everything we needed plus some! Excellent location close to the sound and ocean and only a few minutes down to hatteras shops and ferry. We had an awesome stay with great communication from Vacasa whenever we needed something. Maintenance came quickly when requested.

Deja Blue is a great house for families. It was a short half-week visit but the house had everything that we needed. Short walk to the beach. Great views of the Pamlico Sound across the street. Clean, comfortable hot tub. Provided linens and towels were convenient and the interaction with Vacass was great!

The house was wonderful, so close to the beach the family loved it!!!!! Also plenty of parking and the hot tub came in handy after a long day at the beach. The kitchen was stocked with every pot, pan or dish you could need. And the AC was great, as an hvac tech who ever takes care of the maintenance is top notch!!!!!! The small pool was great as well. Very well maintained home I would recommend to anyone I know to stay there.

Everything we hoped for

We really enjoyed our time staying here. There were a total of 8 of us that stayed, but we never felt crowded. The location of the house was great, we could either take a short walk to access the beach or drive 1/2 mile to an access point with showers, restrooms, handicap access and a lifeguard. The property is located away from the major population areas, so the beaches were not crowded at all. Hopefully we get a chance to come back and make more memories at this great place.

Easy, comfortable stay

The property was just as described. The kids enjoyed the wading pool, and the outdoor furniture on the top deck made for nice mornings and evenings. The furniture was comfortable (minus a few detached dining chair pads), and the open floor plan was great for bringing the kids along. Note: The lift is for owner use only - so if you catch that mentioned in other reviews, don’t get excited to use it like we did 😂.

Beautiful home, sunset view was incredible, great location

Everything was great, the only issues seem to stem from Vacasa. Considering a large portion of the cost for the rental was a “cleaning fee”, I’d expect to be impressed.. also guests are always expected to do specific cleaning tasks which we do not mind, just seems a bit confusing considering the price breakdowns. The house is perfect for a family! Our family has been staying in Frisco for 20+ years using Hatteras Realty, we love Frisco & can't wait to come back!

What an AWESOME PLACE to relax & unwind . As days went on my responsibilities and to-do's back home became a blur after arriving at "Deja Blue". My first impressions were its cleanliness, large size, how nicely decorated, grand view of the sound and ocean, easy access to the beach, no big crowds, hot tub great for evening star gazing, outdoor pool, pool table (my fav!), Pac-Man video table for 2, flat screen tv in most every room (great for some background music!). The living room was the best for views and relaxing at the end of the day. My visit was too short! Highly recommend this property!

Was there for Blackbeard s Revenge 100k run. Enjoy hot tub. One bedroom and bath had no power. It took until the next day to find breaker box. Manger didn’t know where it was.

Deja Blue was our best holiday vacation

The house was super clean with a comfortable homey feeling. The first couple of days the weather was pretty warm and we spotted the ocean out of our bedroom window. Within mins we found easy access to the best of all, the ocean, with its spacious white sand and ocean waves . But a couple of our days turned cool and rainy, but we found plenty to do at DB with a covered hot tub on the deck, full size pool table , arcade table and plenty of games, puzzles, books and even toys for the little folks including Legos. And of course there were endless TV options with Royku , etc.. We weren’t much for cooking , but found the kitchen to be well stocked. It was perfect for our family and certain it will be best for yours too. for the price, the easy access to the ocean and a clean and well kept house. I don’t think we can find anything better than déjà vu.

Just the reprieve we needed

We chose this home specifically for quieter location and the pool. The home is fully loaded with all the extras a family may need. A kitchen stocked with utensils and all the pots, pans, and dishes you need. There is a game room with a pool table, game station, and an additional fridge and microwave. The pool is a smaller wading pool. If someone is expecting a full size pool it will come as a shock. The bedrooms are nice with different bed options which is great for different size families. The home was mostly clean and very cozy. If you’re planning a stay here- be aware that the kitchen and living room are on the 3rd story so it requires walking up stairs. All but one bedroom are on the second floor. The hot tub in the second floor deck was also in great condition, clean, and well sanitized. I don’t always get in hot tubs while on vaca but felt safe getting in that one. Theres adequate parking and only a few minute drive from local restaurants and gas stations to pick up any items you might need All in all its a wonderful home with a quiet location!

Great house but…

This house is perfectly laid out with great decks, space and amenities. The home was clean and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. The home is decorated nicely with up to date furnishings. We enjoyed the jacuzzi but were unable to control the temperature. The keypad appeared to be locked on 100 degrees. I would love to have given this home five stars but the pool was GROSS. Having owned a pool myself I knew immediately that it had been some time since the pool had been serviced. I reached out to Vacasa and I’ve yet to hear back. It is frustrating because this was also an issue for previous renters. We rented this property with the expectation of the pool being useable. It’s still summer! Don’t advertise the pool as an accommodation if you are unwilling to keep the service up on it. It’s false advertising and frustrating when you treat renters this way. Additionally, the lift would have been nice especially after hauling luggage up several flights of stairs. I would rent again but only with the guarantee of the pool and use of the lift.

Perfect house for our beach trip! The house was clean and had all the kitchen items needed for the meals we cooked at “home.” Great location with sound and ocean views. The pool is small, but perfectly sized for a quick evening dip followed by a soak in the hot tub!

Fantastic Stay!

We had an excellent stay at Deja Blue! Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and super kid friendly! The hot tub is convenient and so nice for watching stunning sunsets over the sound. Loved waking up to sunrise ocean views from the top floor windows too! The game room was a big hit with everyone and although the pool was small it was warmer than most places we’ve stayed so our kids couldn’t get enough. Great selection of games/books/DVDS for the rainy/windy days and super short walk to the beach. Can’t wait to return!
