"The indoor pool and spa were the two reasons we chose this hotel for my wife’s birthday. We were notified the night before our stay that the pool was out of service for the weekend we were staying. That was ok because the spa was still something for my wife to look forward to. We called in advance for spa day passes and were told that we have buy them on site after checking in and wouldn’t be a problem . At check in we were told the spa just closed but we could buy them in the morning without an issue. So the next morning we went to get day passes from the spa and were told they had nothing available at all. When we spoke to a manager at the front desk "

"Our room was fine, the staff was friendly, the place is nicely kept, very clean. Definitely nice having the couch in our "studio" unit. It was a comfortable place to stay, the bed was super comfy. The hot breakfast was sadly disappointing! I was expecting trays with sausage, bacon and scrambled eggs. That weird little sandwich was quite a let down."

"Wished they locked the side doors at 9 pm for security"

"Ground floor window did not lock or close all the way, toilet did not flush, shower was dirty. You could not get a hold of anyone working at the front desk. We had to order toilet paper and the keys did not work the 2nd day which isn’t a huge deal until until all of the above. We were there for a cheer competition, will stay farther out if the Holiday Inn is booked. "

Beds were comfortable, room lacked some modern furniture. the stuff was friendly however the hotel inside was very dated.( Hence construction) Continental breakfast had some healthy options but not many. We appreciate the location close to Walmart, Panera, Starbucks and gas station so that part was super convenient. "
