About this property

Horns Cabins - Allegheny Cabin by the roadside

  • When you stay here you will have access to our property for a nice walk, fishing or kayaking in the river, a nice relaxing campfire or just exploring the countryside. This cabin is located towards the front of our campground by the road. You will have a small efficiency kitchen and two queen beds. You’ll have a short drive to Shawnee Park, downtown Bedford shopping and several restaurants.
    The space
    You can use the whole lot as well as walk or bike the campground. Fire pit in the backyard and wood available at our office. The bedrooms have curtain doorways and the bedroom walls do not reach the ceiling. This allows for heat and cooling circulation. Bathroom has shower, sink, and handicap toilet. The floors are wood but slightly uneven in places since it's an older cabin. The kitchen is small and simple with microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge and sink. The sun porch is a nice dining/work space.

    You are welcome to make a fire in the backyard, Or take a walk to the river.
