Clean and quiet

Comfortable spot, close to town but in a quiet area. Lots of privacy and the host even left some snacks which was nice to have after a long drive. Definitely recommend.

Short stay in Tulare

Place was very clean & accommodating. Check in was a little difficult as instructions were not communicated prior to arrival. Host was hard to get ahold of when we arrived. Also, there was only 2 bath towels given for the weekend, no others were given, not even a hand towel. Other than that all was goid

When we arrived it was 95 degrees and the window air conditioner had NOT been turned on and we arrived around 5pm and not cool till about 2am. AC unit not big enough for the size of room. Sparse on plates, glasses and silverware. Only 1 wash rag for 2 people. Needs new gasket on entry door. No check-out instructions. With these upgrades it would rate a rating of 9.5 out of 10.
