"This hotel is inexpensive for a reason. It is an older hotel, but recently appears to be going through new ownership, and they are renovating the place. The fact that they are investing into the place gives me some promise that it will be a good low-cost option next time I visit La Cross. Staff was very polite, well dressed, and welcoming."

When i arrived the hotel was out of rooms and it was incredibly dirty. I have tried contacting the VRBO owner and he has said he will look into it. I had to pay an extreme amount to stay at another hotel on graduation weekend. "

"I booked this room because the photos looked decent. Boy was I wrong. I showed up and the lobby was about 40 degrees. Started the check in process and the card door things were broken. So none of the door locks worked, which also means you could just walk into any room, also that means if we left, anyone could walk into our room. It took 20 mins for them to find a room for us. We go in and they had not cleaned the bathroom, pee stains on toilet, no towels, burn holes in all the furniture. I went...
