Very nice hotel with very friendly and efficient staff. They were well set up to cater for skiing and families.

Amazing stay! Could not fault a thing! The staff went above and beyond to help us with everything and anything. Even helping to carry our skis back to the hotel from the hire store. The location is perfect, can pretty much ski to your door, pubs and restaurants next door, access to spa and pool. Rooms spacious and super comfortable bed. Gorgeous Meribel chalet style. Nothing else to say. Do yourself a favour and stay here.

Great hotel centrally located - between the bus station and the old town - in Annecy. My room (single room) was modern and clean. The hotel was well maintained. I would stay here again.

Convenient location right next to bus station. Good breakfast and very good rate for 2 weeks luggage storage.
