Hôtel Les Muses

"Our biggest disappointment with Les Muses was when released we’d left medication at the hotel in their fridge. On telephoning there was a distinct lack of interest. With a response that none were there ( it didn’t seem long enough for anyone to really check the fridge ),I just got told they’d probably been thrown away! No apology! And I fail to understand we weren’t contacted when they realised we left them. My wife’s is prescribed but I myself pay for them and so am out of pocket by £300. Altogether not very satisfactory. We’d picked the hotel to use the restaurant opposite which is very good. Unfortunately we won’t be returning."

"Très bel hôtel et très bien situé, déjeuner parfait vraiment beaucoup de choix. Le seul petit bémol était le gym. Je crois qu’il faut miser plus sur des équipements pratiques que le côté beauté vintage. De plus je pense que l’espace spa, les équipements ne sont pas à la bonne température, c’est-à-dire piscine, bain, tourbillon et hammam trop froid."

"Stayed here solo before starting the Tour Du Mont Blanc trek and it was perfect! Situated between Chamonix and Les Houches directly next to the number one line bus! Great location, great staff, fun/nostalgic decor, all the amenities you can think of, reasonable food and drinks, and the view is spectacular! They offer luggage storage as well, which was just what I needed. Thank you!!!"

"Great stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Olga, who patiently answered all of my questions. The complimentary water and coffee station in the lobby was a nice touch. The electric drying rack in the room was especially convenient when traveling with a child. Thoughtful amenities and excellent service—we’d happily stay here again!"

"Room was good size and it was clean. Beds were comfortable and toilet was clean. Air conditioning was ok not cold enough. There was no mini fridge or coffee in the room. The vendor machine sometimes doesn’t work but still charge. They offered free parking and location was great 10 mins drive from central Annecy Lake. I wish we would have stayed longer to explore more."
