"This hotel was absolutely amazing. So relaxing with the beautiful and clean spa and our room. The hotel staff were very thoughtful on arrival with our room as I had contacted the hotel before to request a lake view which they accommodated. We loved Annecy and Rivage hotel made that experience more beautiful. I miss you Rivage hotel and we definitely will be back."

"I liked that the property was so close to train station and a few restaurants. It made getting to my morning bus very convenient. Once I moved to an interior room the noise from the room on the street, entirely diminished and I had a very pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, warm and helpful which made my stay more enjoyable. I wish there had been a fridge in the room, and a common lounge area."

"It gives you a great value for your money. Staff was extremely helpful, we stayed for 4 days and housekeeping was great, the room was clean, well maintained and spacious. The hotel is located in front of the train station and an easy 15 minutes walk of downtown, has a lot of eating choices around too."
