The house:
Spread over three floors, this light-filled house is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A living room furnished with two sofas, two armchairs, a coffee table, a TV, a fireplace, a dining table and an incredible sea view.
- A dining room where you can enjoy a delicious meal overlooking the sea.
- A modern, fully equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine… featuring French windows opening directly onto the terrace.
- A large study area, facing the sea, furnished with a sofa, armchair and coffee table.
- A bedroom with a double bed and a sea view. This bedroom has its own en-suite shower room.

- The highlight of the house is the fantastic private outdoor area of over 1,000 m² boasting breathtaking sea views. Only a path separates you from the wide sandy beach.
Watch your children playing on the beach from the garden whilst you soak up the sun, and round off the evening with a glass of wine under the starry sky.
- On the other side of the house, you’ll find a lovely south-facing terrace of around 30 m², furnished with a dining table for 10 to 12 guests, a parasol and a barbecue. Four sun loungers are at your disposal.
- A balcony with a sea view is also accessible from one of the upstairs bedrooms.
- Private parking on the property for two vehicles. Parking spaces are also available on the street.
The neighbourhood:
Castel Breizh is situated in an upmarket neighbourhood with spacious villas surrounded by pine trees.
Thanks to its central location in the village, the nearest grocery shop is just 800 m away and restaurants are only a 7-minute walk away. In summer, during July and August, there is a market on Sunday mornings 800 metres from the house.
You’ll find local shops about a 5-minute drive from the house, in the town of Sables d’Or les Pins: a bakery, restaurants, grocery shops, a Super U supermarket; or in Plurien: the Henaff butcher’s and delicatessen (specialising in ‘tue-mouche’) and the Oiesel bakery.
There are also many other markets nearby: the Fréhel market (all year round), the Plurien market (June to September) and the Sables d’Or market (July to August).
